This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through trendpilot24.com. Lykke™ products are sold and shipped by TrendPilot24.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to Germany and selected EU countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please reach out to us before placing an order.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free on all orders. No additional shipping charges are applied at checkout.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time after dispatch is approximately 7–10 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. We do not offer express or priority shipping.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties. If you are ordering from outside the EU, you may be responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
