Yes — we offer free standard shipping to all EU countries. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Are your products safe for pets?
Yes. All Lykke™ products are CE and RoHS certified, BPA-free, and manufactured to EU safety standards. Food-contact components use food-grade stainless steel or BPA-free plastic.
How do I set up the WiFi features?
Setup takes under 5 minutes. Download the companion app, create an account, and follow the in-app pairing guide. Our products support 2.4GHz WiFi networks. Full instructions are included in the box.
How much does shipping cost?
